Lyla watched Peggi for a moment before deciding she was okay. "Well, you're welcome to go to the balcony anytime you want. I probably won't be using it much."

"Thanks. Its a relief not to have to stare at Phoe's window even more then i already do at home. Funny, our rooms are exactly the same but different cplors-i saw his."

"Well, you guys are related, aren't you?" She thought that they might be twins, but she figured that she better not assume.

"Yeah, twins. Hes the older one unfortunately....."

Lyla nodded. "I don't have any siblings. I'm not sure I will be able to imagine, though. My dad raised me like a son, so I know how to fish, hunt, ride and a bunch of other things that most girls don't usually do."

"I was practicalu a son. I mean, it was either that or get pushed around by everyone."

Lyla nodded. "Yeah, and one time I even rode on a bull. Never doin that ever again. Ever. Worst year of my life. I broke my leg and it was almost a full year until it was completely healed."

"Yipes. I only brokemy leg for 6 months, during which time i turned my boojworm brother into my personal assistant as payback."

Lyla smiles. "You're so lucky. I didn't have a personal assistant. I learned how to carry things on my own pretty quickly. Hate to say it, but I don't like having to ask for help."

"I justmadr him get stuff from the shelves, take care o my pets, that kind of thing. He was so annoyed with me until i got back on my feet and hw could go back to rrmeading. Only prolem was that my grandfather made him do it as punishment....otherwuse it was thr best payback month of my life."
