Her skin is a pale white, sickly looking even. Her slick black hair is done up in a messy bun and she is holding a light green grocery bag to match her light green knee-length dress. When she sees you she starts, looking surprised, before quickly making her way the opposite direction of you.

"Are you okay?" I state it flatly, almost if it were a fact. I don't try to help her, in case she attacks me or whatever, but there's no harm in being courteous, is there? If she does need help, then I help her.
