Nic was still a mess. A royally epic mess.

Almon shivered. More like a vampire who lost his sense of life. He said matter of factly.

Astra bit back her tears. Hang in there Nic. She whispered.

Nic s only acknowledgement of her words was holding on tighter.

She nodded and hugged him back. She couldnt keep the tears back.

Nic jsut stayed with his head in her shoulder, slowly but surely coming to reality, enough that he was finally a were she was crying. He couldnt say anthign-no energy-but found himself mouthing stuff.

*Come on Nic* she said. *Just come back to me please.*

NIc finally, slowly, looked up from her shoulder, after a good while. He still ooked pretty dead and exhausted though, and he still held onto Astra like his life depended on it. WHich, with his state, probably did.

She kept hugging him. Come on, you need some rest. She whispered through her tears.

"I.....fine....." he murmured, his voice quite.....odd sounding. "You.....more...."

What he was trying to say was "I'll be fine, you need rest more then me" but of course he is boucek wasnt working.

Astra raised an eyebrow. Really Nic. She said as she blinked away her tears. *And I cant quite believe you are fine.*
