The Deer turns his head away from you, to rip some berries off of the tree next to him, he then turns back to you and quietly eats, but still watching you.

Once the bird realizes it is not in danger, but rather you are trying to help it, it continues to build the nest, and after it's done, lands on your shoulder and sings you a little song.

Put the Runite away and try to carefully get to the bush. Staying as far away from the deer as possible.
