To a point yes. That mire is why my territory is so valuable since kelpies can use that heal bad wounds, but it cannot bring the dead back to life. Keep that in mind and don't let any human near it unless you want to push them in it to kill them since it will suck out their life force. Only kelpies and kelpie hybrids can use the mires to heal, Raven's Wing explains.
