it bounces off he yelps in surprise and growls.

they dodge many of them. they cannot seem to get up the tree and growl in frustration, do you wait them out? or attempt to get down?

it had shuffled closer to you and was happily asleep

She hesitated, knowing if woke up while she was gone there was going to be trouble. She decided to get up anyway and go outside, looking for a close stream or puddle.

you find a fresh water spring nearby the cave.

I walk back, check my snares, and plan to try again tomorrow using food
I scavenge for more food
