Raven's Wing offers Owls Flight help if she needs it but aside from that Raven's Wing keeps watch.

"Highly territorial a female will take over a territory either by fighting for it or by taking an unclaimed territory. Normally if a territory is unclaimed, it is because the former kelpie who ruled the territory has died. Male kelpies on the other hand are nomadic much like male deer. The difference is that if they approach a female kelpie that run the risk of being killed by a female kelpie if the mare rejects the stallion. Kelpies under two years of age are considered foals and will not be driven out until they turn two or something else happens. Before I continue do you have specific questions, Raven's Wing asks.

No you don't count as a foal. You're too big for that and besides you don't really look like a normal kelpie so you would most likely be driven away by anyone who is unfamiliar with you. That brings me my next point do not under any circumstances approach an unfamiliar kelpi especially if they are in the water or with a foal. They will attack and most likely eat you, Raven's Wing answers, Any other questions?

Alright then. There is more thing you need to know immediately and that is that there are threats to kelpies mainly humans but there are other creatures that can produce illusions. I know my dame called them mirror beasts but I don't know if that is true but you need to be careful since they live here too. Also humans in our territory aside from our two are fair game.
Riven looks at the two slightly troubled.
