He nodded, leaning back and thinking.

Echo leans back and waits again.

He said, *youve given me a lot to think about. You can go back out there and have fun.* he said. *and Echo? Im sorry. For treating you how I did and for having all this pressure on your shoulders. If you werent saving lives by being the night guard, I would ask you to quit.*

Echo smiles and says, "Your welcome boss," She gets up and leaves. "Oh and boss Matt says thank you for the job,"

The boss smiled. *about that. Tell him he can start working as soon as he had a home for himself and his daughter, food on the table, and is pretty much ready to work.*

Echo nods her head. "You got it boss," Echo says and leaves the office and walk to where Matt is to tell him the news on his job.

Matts regaling the little children with exaggerated, crazy stories of him being homeless.

Echo chuckles at that. She smiles and says, "Matt. Boss says that when you have a home and food and everything. You can come here to work,"

Matt beamed at Echo, filled with joy. *thank you. Thank you. Thank you. God bless everyone here.* he said, filled with joy beyond belief.
