you manage to reach about halfway up the tree before it gets a bit more dangerous, the wolf pack has gathered below the tree. they seem completely unafraid of you. your probably the first human they've seen

I climb a little lower and tentatively stretch a hand out

one of them leaps up and try's to bite it but you pull away in time and only sustain a small cut.
