She thinks again for a long moment. Then, she apparently remembers. "Swirling Depths. That's what it was. 'Cause he had a swirl on his mask. Over the eye for some reason. Dunno how the heck he sees through it."

"Maybe he doesn't. Maybe he's blind in that eye." Nethimir pointed at her own eye, which was stuck in a glare, and a different color than her other one. "Like me."

(While I know she's probably not actually blind in that eye, imma just say she is for plot reasons and also why not)

She shrugs. "I dunno. Maybe I'll ask him."

"You do you." Nethimir leaned back on the wall, looking up at the ceiling.

She swims out the door and towards the seahorses, who most definitely want to be left alone based on literally every seahorse Neth has encountered.

Nethimir sighed, though disinterested, she wanted to see what the Seahorses would do, so she got up and sat in front of the door, watching.

The seahorses swim faster as soon as they notice Nola approaching. Though, not too fast- it's subtle. Nola ignores that hint to be left alone and goes right up to the Swirling Depths. Even from a distance he's visibly annoyed at this.

Nethimir flicked her tentacles, watching the four with intent. She honestly expected Nila to ignore any hints of the Seahorses trying to leave, since Nethimir had to go through dealing with the Remora herself.

The red one is also clearly annoyed by the unwanted socializing. The little brown one doesn't seem to be unhappy, but they are quite far away and they could just be pretending to be polite. It's hard to tell if any of the four are speaking, but it's pretty easy to guess what's probably happening- Nila talking to three dead silent mers who very much do not want to be spoken to.

That's a entire mood. Anyways, Nethimir decided to swim out further from the house to get a better grasp, ducking behind some rocks nearby the four.
