"Fine, but don't think I'm not watching you," She huffed before putting her sword away, going back over to Avo and poking him, causing him to jump.

Kris came over and put a gentle hand on Avo's shoulder. "Fine, but leave him alone. He didn't do anything wrong."

"Did I say he did? He's just a bit odd, that's all," She said with a wave before walking away, "Good night! See you tomorrow!"

"You surprised him, though." He huffed. "Come on, Avo. It's time we go home as well."

Avo nodded, going next to Kris, "Sounds like a plan! I think you may or may not need sleep so you can be even more awesome tomorrow."

He smirked. "Sure as heck I can be. But yeah, I do need to sleep." He said, playfully nudging Avo's arm before starting to walk toward home.

"I luckily do not, so that means another all nighter for me," He joked following Kris as he led the way back home, it was starting to get dark now, so it was pretty late.

"Well, that doesn't mean you can't sleep. Do you have, like, an off mode to rest?" He said, opening the door once they where back home.

"I prefer not to go to rest mode unless I need too. I charge once a week, so I guess I could charge today," He walked inside the house, taking off his shoes like the polite robot he was and started exploring.

"Alright, makes sense." He said with a nod, surprised at how Avo took off his shoes. 'Odd. ' He thought, but didn't argue. He went into the kitchen, knowing his foster mom would be in there.

The brown haired woman smiled as he came in. "Ah, back late I see. What wonderful things did you learn today." She then raised an eye brow. "Or did you just prank the teachers today?"

"Nah, didn't electricute anyone today." He said with a shrug, coming over and hugging her.

"Really? Well, that's good. An improvement... unless you skipped school all together." She said, patting his head.

"Well..."

She sighed with a smile. "My goodness, if I'm going to keep you, what shall I do? Such a sill boy."

"I'm not, I'm awesome!" He said.

"Indeed." She sighed.

"But I did get a friend."

"Isn't it said, make a friend?"

"Well, not this time. He's a robot, the principle gave him to me." He said.

She sighed. "Kris, that's is wonderful. But you need human friends, too."

"Nah, I'm too awesome for simple stuff like that." He said with a wink.

She just shook her head.
