They were heavy building that were lighting the beneth ftom above, the way they could do that from the ground was complexe and involved alot of small mirrors.

I take a break from the books to check out the teleporter.

It was a strange machine shaped as an hexagonal dome on a circular base. Wires and small electronic parts were visible all over it as a door was sealing the front of it, the whole thing was complex to look at but didn't seem to be in bad condition.

The vilage was exactly like you would expect a small village to look like, exept maby that the houses were made out of tree and and that strange plusating devices were linking them togedther like in spider web. In the middle, they had manage to create a small fountain that was still active even after the vilage had been abandoned.
