Jazzlyn nods, not minding a night out under the stars. Stars were pretty. "I bet I can find twice as many constellations as you!" Jack tells Jazzlyn, elbowing her. Jazzlyn winced but smiled.
"I'm not sure. There's only a specific amount in the sky right now. How about we just search for stars?" Jazzlyn suggests.
"I'll beat you in star counting too!" Jack promises.

Asuriel streched as the sun came up over the horizon. She started packing her things back into one of the packs to make them easier to transport. She really hoped Jade would let her come hunting so she could learn how they do it. Plus, she still had traps set around the forest to check.
Seren massaged his shoulder. He must have fallen asleep on a rock, it was extremely sore. He streched it in various ways while packing his stuff back up. He started looking for Jade or one of the other children of the forest, wondering if and how he could help with cooking.

Jack was up and popping around, claiming he had seen millions upon billions of stars and he had won and there wasn't a possible chance that Jazzlyn could have seen more. Then he says he's tired from staying up and counting all the stars and scoots closer to Jazzlyn, who is asleep, and falls asleep next to her. Jazzlyn wakes up a few moments later and tries not to wake her brother up.
Riley was hanging upside down from a branch, reading a book. Azrail was trying to explain to Riley that reading without enough light could hurt your eyesight but Riley wasn't paying any attention to him.

Asuriel looked for the entrance to one of the Children's treehouses so she could discuss the day's plans with Jade, as she seemed to be the leader of the group.
