Ray

I managed to get a control over Riley, sitting down with my tail wrapped neatly around my talons, scroll in talon. I was determined not to freak anyone else out. I was in control. I could be in control.

Shade flew up to hover besides Shadow and the two started talking quietly, Shadow seeming puzzled as he asked where something was. Shade shook his head, not knowing where it had been last. Both nervously peaked in the cubbies with scrolls in the stone and gently parting the papers. Sometimes bringing some down for the others to read. There was so much damaged but valuable information about these creatures, the way the world had been. But nothing about why things had changed. Thistle seemed to adore the images of the different creatures and their growth stages and all.

She began looking around, mainly for a scroll on moonmists. There weren't a lot of her kind, and her parents weren't around to tell her much of anything.

She took one off a middle shelf and rolled it open with her claws.

This one was a log that held a bit of study on Moonmist's, on one topic specifically. Dream Walking.

She read through it, wondering what it was.

Well it didn't say that they knew 100% about it, they as in who ever must have written the scrolls. Some that seemed less old seemed like the dragon had been desperate to put down information. As if their time had been running out to know and study these dragons. As if they where about to ... disappear.

(Or totally be attacked and half murdered while the other half got trapped as weird nightmares. o-o)
