You send me a random item (a lot of people use a mushroom or other rather worthless item) and send it to me (using the little envelope with the arrow on it under the inventory). You put my username in the 'recipient' box and the amount I need to pay (500,000 in this case) in the CoD Fee box. Then you send it. I accept it and the gold goes to you. You have to do it this way because you can't put a price on the seed. The seed just gets sent from the garden. Click the seed, then hit 'trade selected seed', put in my username, and press send ^.^
