I'll scent the air and search for any signs of food and water. My beta is likely being hunted by the enemy and doing a real good job of masking her trail, seeking her out could end badly. I'll make sure I'm properly fed and watered before doing anything else.

You turn away from the trail and begin searching for food and water.

A few minutes later, you smell the mouth-watering smell of fresh blood. Probably a squirrel nearby!

I'm going to make my way towards the scent of blood, only I will be cautious and scout the area before moving in as this could be a trap.

You scout the area, but there is no sign of anyone, but the strong sent of blood could be masking the scent.

I'll get closer, try and find the source of the blood. I will stay wary though and make sure to keep low to the ground so its harder to spot me if enemies are around.
