Welcome to Sylestia! I'm surprised by how much progress you've made already!
As a welcome gift, I'm going to send over 5K (through CoD) and a Cute Witch Zolnixi.
My advice is that you change your Light to an offensive element, such as fire, so you can effectively defeat enemies.

I'm guessing the first 2 or 3 pets in your stables are you party pets? (those are usually the norm for newer players so...)
Air and Shadow are fine, put the shadow in the first slot of your party and allocate any PP to health and agility
Air should have tp in attack and if you have it unlocked, dexterioty
Use myconid equip for the air and look for legendary or epic items, mythical is even better but I doubtyou'll find that unless you got to broker
When you can, get the third pet as a light element, for healing, and put it in the second party slot. For now, just put the air in the second slot. The light element should have alltments to (I believe it's inteliigence and Dexteriority but check what it says on the proficiency page)
generally I also like to put 1 profieciency point (PP) in health if it's not maxstat, superstat, or close to max stat
