You do find a small sort of civilization with small houses made of sticks and twigs. The people do, however, look to be at least somewhat civilized since they all seemed to have bathed within the last week.

You find your way to a board with the ancient language you were forced to study in your upper schooling before your adventuring career. You make out the Quest List, and there are 6 listings. Just as you were leaving, a guard comes up to you and pushes you to the ground.

Before you have a chance to explain yourself, a scream pierces the air. A woman's scream. The guard loosens his grip on you.

Maggie acts as though she didn't hear you, and you're pushed into the portal in a way that was a bit more forceful than the others before you.....

The travel by portal method makes you a bit nauseous, so you end up puking in the grass directly next to you. You take in your scenery of lush forests and rich greenery, besides the spot you puked in, which looks as though its starting to become more gray and deformed with time. Must be your nerves of being in a new place.

As Maggie said, this is the very first year of existence, so life must be a bit barbaric. Still, she never said how the world came to existence, but you're here for a good time, adventure, and being the good person you are!
