Oh no, you just say what your character is doing in Sea Haven, how they are spending their morning, etc.

Personality: Very mysterious. Hates all dragons equally. Likes to play mind games and trick dragons.
Appearance:
Strengths:
Fighting, stealing, being evil, not being infected, flying, has high venom tolerance
Weaknesses:
Bad at hiding, bad at not being suspicious, bad swimmer.
Likes:
Infecting people, having fun, killing dragons, playing with dragons, fighting
Dislikes:
Hurting himself, losing, liking people
Powers:
He can shift his scales to match any background. He also has barbs at the end of his tail (the huge spikes) that can put any dragon to sleep.
Drawbacks:
His chameleon power does not work if he is scared, in pain or can't focus. He can also stab himself with his barbs and make himself fall asleep (he built up a high tolerance tho)

7742318, also I was thinking he could work secretly for the dragon infecting everyone and is sent out to infect dragons. Also he is infected himself but very good at ignoring his dreams. He is also highly wanted for infecting many people and dragons even want him assassinated.

I see what you did there with the venom tolerance and others wanting him to be assassinated >.<
Dragons that have not fully turned (given into their dreams) cannot infect other dragons because they have not developed the ooze. Dragons cannot get infected through scratches and cuts and instead can only be infected through giving in to the dreams or legit eating the ooze lol.
I do like the idea that he is somehow connected to the mistress and has more control than other infected. And I can also accept him being able to speak broken and scattered language when fully turned. Wanna discuss?

Thank you :3! Should I PM you or... something. The idea I had is he does not use his own goo, he uses other infected dragons goo. I had the poison tolerance for obvious and also other reasons perhaps. Other then that I'd be happy to discuss changes for him and ideas, as I like creating crazy plots XP
