Intuitive Explanation:
He can read thoughts... for the easy simple version he is like Moon from wof (except not future vision). Complicated version, he can here what others are thinking at that moment but can not look into there memories or anything. He can not feel there emotion, but can see what they are thinking at that time (ex. If someone is thinking of a pineapple, he could see that)

Flaw AND Fault;

Flaw: He gets headaches and confused in very crowded rooms. He can't read peoples' thoughts when he has headphones on and the music on (for some strange reason)

Fault: His power can 1) not be shut off and 2) can be hard to deal with at times. He can not read thoughts in a very crowded room (very confusing) and can get headaches if he listens to too many people at once.

Personality: A adorable cinnamon bun. Very jumpy and nervous. He can feel relaxed when his is alone with a couple people because he knows if they are bad or not (mind reading of course :P ). Very innocent and friendly and trusts very easy.

Backstory (You want it good?): When he was younger his parents were killed... in front of him. His mom had cool powers just like him. Then the hunters found them one day and Tommy hid and watched as they killed his mom and dad (for helping hide his mom). How they didn't find him in the cupboard under the sink, he does not know (neither do I). His hear and eyes he got from his mom, so he hides it as he is afraid someone will recognize him as his mom's son.

RP Example (dooo I have toooo?): Tommy looked around him, his hoodie drawn tight over his head, hiding his unusually white hair. He looked acwardy around him and tried to block the usual sherade of thoughts:
I have to go shopping today and go walk the dog and take care of the kids and uurrrggghhhhh, I wish I could go home and relax
Does he like me? Oh I hope he does... should I ask him out? Would he say yes? Oh he is sooo charming
All they do is complain and complain and complain. Can't my ungrateful brats actually say thank you for once or actually help me...
Tommy slipped on his headphones, the soft music stopping all the thoughts of the others, finally... now I can relax.

Intuitive Explanation (Intuitive Only)
Axel can influence people's moods. He can make people more inclined to feel enraged or merciful, induce fear or make folks feel a bit more at ease, amoung other things, all with just a thought. The target is still in control over their actions; Axel isn't controlling their mind, just nudging lightly at thier emotions.

Flaw AND Fault (Intuitive Only)
-Flaws- The target's emotion will never change drastically. (I.e. He can't get a guy that hates his guts to give him a cuddle.) Axel can only manage smaller alterations. (i.e. make an angry guy less angry, soothing a person with stagefright, etc.). The effects typically wear off after about an hour. Stronger emotions are harder to alter, and the effects don't last as long.

-Faults- Axel can't use this trick if he feels the same way the target does (i.e. If he and the traget are both scared of the same thing). Depending on how strongly the target feels, it may not work at all. Additionally, he can't use it on himself.

Personality
Axel is generally soft spoken and reclusive at first glance. He prefers not to draw attention to himself and doesn't trust very many people. If somebody does notice him, he often resorts to making a snarky remark before stalking off. Perhaps it's simply because of the ever-lurking danger of the hunters, for he's very loyal and compassionate towards friends. He's insightful and resourceful, quick to notice things and willing to experiment in order to resolve issues, and he also has a decent sense of humor. He's also has a way with words and acting, often engaging with his targets in harmony with his ability to make it less obvious that he's Intuitive.

Backstory (Make it good)
Axel grew up rather normally, with a mother, father and sister, until he became aware of his powers. After a month of hard debate, he decided it was best to leave rather then endanger his family. He packed a few things, left a note, and set out on his own. He eventually found a small job and is able to provide for himself, though he misses the company.

RP Example
Maybe, if times were better, I would've done something for that couple. Axel idly reflected, walking quietly down the street and keeping his head down. Woulda liked to. I mean, hey. Maybe I coulda soothed her. Maybe I coulda calmed him. He shook his head and chuckled softly to himself. "Rough luck, huh?" He asked nobody in particular.
