If you use a gold to choco coin value, it is very fair
But I'm looking to get more coins for haunted house
( fest shop sells vials for 150 per)

Well, If what you're implying is that I pay 150 choco coins per blood, I can't do that. That would be 3,900 chocolate coins which I don't have nor do I want to spend.
With that said, I could be generous and say 500 instead of 300? The only problem with that Is I'd have to earn them so I could pay you in the morning when I do my dailies?

Unfortunately, I can buy them from somebody else for a much lower price. As I said, festival shop items are notoriously overpriced and so paying that much money for all of them wouldn't make any sense.
500 choco coins are worth 200k of which I would buy 3 greaters.
