You walk over to the log, reaching in and grabbing whatever it is. You pull it out and see that it is more berries, glowing gold this time.

Do you take the berries and continue on the path?

You scoop the berries into your bag and continue on your way. Soon, you come across a split in the road.

Do you take the road in front of you, or to your right?

[Prize: Magic Potion Ferrikki]

They curl around your shoulders as you stand up and look around again. You see that whatever ran through here and made the other path continued into the tree line farther down the shore. You also see that there seems to be an odd shape in the shallow water.

Do you ignore the shape and follow the path, or investigate?

You follow the path in front of you, noticing the trees seem sicker and more creepy the further you walk down the path. When you reach a clearing, most trees look dead with odd purple glowing spots. You enter the area, jagged rocks scattered around. You suddenly see shadows running through the trees.

What do you do?

(Sorry for the late response, I got caught up in a bunch of school-stuff)

As you approach, you see that it is some type of chest. You reach into the shallows and tug it on to the shore. You see that it is made up of planks of dark worn wood and has two gold locks. You look back into the water and see a key half-buried in the sand, however it is in deeper water and you see no other way to get to it than swim.

Do you attempt to swim out and get the key, leave the chest and key behind, or attempt to find another way to reach the key?

(No problem, I have definitely had that happen to me before)

Seeing no other way to get the key I tell Braelynn to get ready to pull me out if necessary, and begin to swim towards the key
