It's short for 'Trick or Treating' and is part of the Fall Festival. You can find the link either in the Seasonal Festival tab under Explore, or in the blue Info bar at the top of some pages.

Once you get to your 'door' page, you can answer other people who have knocked on your door to give them candy or items. On the right side of the page, you can search for other players to knock on their doors :) If you have an open request from someone, you have to answer them before you can knock, and you can only knock on someone's door once every 6 hours.

Sweet, I've answered and gifted you the wings. They should show up in your trades, though it will say from 'Sylesti Admin' as it's through the game and not me sending them directly :)
