Sam was out and about, looking for something fun to do. He was on his phone right now, looking down at it, scrolling through something. Probably Instagram or Tik Tok. He had a perpetual smirk on his face, and it got old sometimes.
As for Victoria, she had something to do. She was looking for a runaway. She had heard that the runaway girl had been somewhere in the area.
