Strengths: Has trained with a sword his whole life, can influence/deceive people really well and is willing to do anything to be named the winner
Weaknesses: Temperamental, does not notice small details in things, not so great defense against ranged attacks
Skill: Sword fighting and deceiving people
History: He was always compared to his older sister, but his older sister was in a previous hunger games and died. He wants to show her up and win the hunger games because it would be the one thing he was able to do first.
Also, if you mess with his clothing, he will hunt you down!

At first, Lizzy might appear to be cold or harsh, but she's really just not the best with talking to new people. She really does try to open up, but she's more of the 'tough love' type of person. She does have a strong sense of adventure, and is always there to protect anyone who needs support. Despite her lack of conversational skills Liz is a really good listener, and has some sound advice. She's not quick to trust but when she puts her faith in you, she'll stick with you till the end. She likes to plan out everything before it happens, taking in the big picture and guessing the future, not the small, narrow image. Despite her haughty aloofness, she's a natural leader with her ability to quickly assess a situation and take charge. She values brains over brawn, and isn't an incredible warrior, but she can certainly fight if she has to, and she's not above sneaky, cheating moves. Liz appreciates the value of laws and rules, but she also appreciates the value of breaking them, and had gotten into trouble more than once for doing what she thought was the right thing. Despite not being able to admit when she's in the wrong, Elizabeth will not do anything to endanger her friends, allies, or troops.

Personality: Charming and charismatic (complete lie) his true nature is cold and frightening he can be quite unpredictable. Here's a song to better understand his morals
Appearance: Tall, and thin. White hair, amber contact lenses.

Strengths: Befriending total strangers, and has an uncanny ability to detect others around him (basically it's hard to take him by surprise) He builds relationships easily and tricks others into doing what he wants. People don't often suspect someone so kind to be plotting to kill them. After he gains the trust of someone, he kills them when they least suspect.
Weaknesses: Hates people who throw away their lives and do trashy things. Despite being charming and charismatic, he lacks any kind of empathy and prefers to be alone. Finds blood and gore disgusting and horrid. Because of his history, certain degress of violence can cause him to go into a murderous rage (ironically he sheds more blood this way) Has trouble putting the past behind him and struggles to move forward.
Skill: Manipulating and bending people to his will.
History: His mother was murdered in front of him and he hasn't been able to recover. (Blood causes him to flip out) He's been diagnosed with PTSD and suffers psychotic breaks when triggered. He used to be picked on because his name is Lilly.
Weapon Of Choice: A walking cane made of iron and lead, painted to look like wood. He uses it to whack people over the head (which usually snaps the neck)
Other: People tend to believe he's some sort of alien because he doesn't seem to age as quickly as he should but no one can prove this. People also believe he was raised in an aristocratic family but once again no one can prove this. Suffers from a genetic disorder that causes him to lose all pigmentation (pale skin, light hair) He also always has his cane with him for some reason (It gets sent to him in the arena by someone rooting for him tho)

This is a character I made a while ago. I actually had to edit him quite a lot because the original is a vampire about 150 yrs old. I made him human but I kept the oddly young appearance the same. I had to tone down the craziness of him to make him more human but the original was completely bonkers with a charismatic cover. Once again, this is the human variant.

Judging from your character's description and from mine, I think they'd end up working together for a while since they have similar personalities.
