You realize that its impossible for people to pay upfront unless you first send a CoD to them? Then, they have to accept it, and thats how a sylestia trade works. So basically, telling people to pay upfront is not possible for them, therefore if you continue cancelling commissions because of players not paying upfront, then it is not their fault, but rather yours. If you need further explanation, there probably is a thread somewhere in the Player Guides section of the forums on this topic.
