Powers: shapeshifting, can generate electricity through touching metal, can use absorbed electricity and discharge it in lightning from his hands (or by tapping something), can control lighting and storms, weak flight (can only get up to the treetops), can become a ball of electricity (for a short time, an hour tops. Its super exausting).
Personality: kind, quick, humorous, always grinning. Sometimes annoying. Make that most of the time. But hes brave, and wont give up until hes forced to.
Sexuality: straight
Appearance: my avatar, but minus all the cool stuff and in a T-shirt and sport shorts. Basically. Oh, and a birthmark that looks like a lightning bolt on his right arm.
Other: water weakens his powers, so he doesnt swim. He is also scared of falling to his death from flying.
