Nope! As long as you can design it, you can use it! I didn't want to restrict anyone.

Were we supposed to actually make the characters? If so, oopies. I really love my current entry so I'm not going to replace it. Plus Germany and Belgium are cute.

No, it was up for interpretation, I didn't really care if someone wanted to make the characters or a pair that represented that ship! Also, your design was really cool.
