He's relatively new to teaching but he loves it. He always enjoys curling up at home with some coffee and a good book, and always needs to have some peace and quiet to himself. He hates loud places and loud people but can generally remain calm and patient when speaking to them. Leonard doesn't like rushing and isn't very pushy on his students though he still dislikes slacking off.
