Powers: Can illuminate her skin to glow
Suit: can vanish for short moments of time, they have light beams, working mostly like flashlights but more powerful
(I just based her powers more off of light since that's what everything about her implies)

Personality: She has a bit of a issues communicating her thoughts with others,she is very brash in her deductions and rushes into many things.She loves to joke around with people's heads and usually gets in trouble for messing around.She is somewhat quick to anger.

Powers: Can draw with neon in the air from her hands
Suit abilities: Speed bursts, almost like teleportation but its just really fast bursts of movement, leaves neon streaks behind as she does this.
Backstory:She lived a pretty normal life in the wilds of utah with both her parents,her father got sent off to war and is currently MIA.Her mother not able to support the family moved to the city.

Main body:
A red T-shirt with a black T. rex on it, jeans, and a wingsuit on the back he can fold so it fits in a backpack and he can take on and off with straps, not unlike jetpack straps. All of it not flammable and hard to tear or break. And a hidden gas mask under the real mask for when Im flying really fast and cant breath.
Mask:
Backstory: loved dinos since he was little, and when my home was under attack by crime, he thought about useing my childhood love as a help.
Extra: (You can put crushes/sexuality here) lonely, wants friends, but cant find any. Likes food, music, and reading. Sorta depressed due to family deaths. Reaserches dinos in spare time. carries around a phone and headphones with him for music. both r hard 2 break.

Shes too young, and Im supposed to pick the suit abilities, also, powers are gained at the lab, so she wouldnt have powers yet
