Ok, so how it works is you fill out the form for me and I spin for you. Say I spin 1k gold after somebody gave me their order. I would give the user 1k gold. That's what the form is for, and then I say:

and then a list the thing(s) you got
If you want to order, fill out the form that I give you in the first post.
