*Dawn turned her head to look at the 2 on her back. ( That was my parents letting me know that the herd had down a thorough check for enemies and were telling me I had the " All Clear". Hold on tight we'll be moving fast and not in a way you are use too.) She waited until she knew that they had a good grip.*

She looks down at Cocoa, ( Are you sure, I'm going to fly once I find a big enough clearing.)

"if you say so" *i gently get on, wondering if she can hold us both*

*Folds her wings tight and takes a few deep breaths.* ( Hold on tightly you 2, grip my mane or even a few feathers; trust me you won't hurt me.) *She flicks her tail and tilts her ears back so she could hear and listen for when they were ready.*

Kirk swallowed compulsively. They were going to....FLY? "Did you say we were going to /fly/? he asked in a somewhat broken voice that didn't carry nearly as far as he had intended. He repeated himself, louder, then grabbed ahold of a particularly large feather on Dawn's shoulder just to be safe. "Dear me, I sure hope this feather is....gonna hold....."

*Dawn nickered as she sprinted from a stand still into a ground-eating gallop, she weaved in and around trees that appeared in front of her. She spotted a clearing through the trees after running for about 10 minutes.* ( Here comes a clearing, so grab hold and hang on. Yes Kirk you'll see what it feels like to fly like a Pegasus Qitari.) *Once she broke through the treeline and entered the open space with a whoosh of sound her wings spread fully open to a wingspan of 8ft. She sped up into a even faster gallop as she did this she started flapping her wings. Within minutes her hooves left the ground and she tucked them closer to her belly, her wings now bearing the weight of all of them. She flapped hard and they climbed higher and higher into the sky until finally she just spread her wings and they glided.*

Something in Kirk rose up out of his fear, and suddenly he absolutely /longed/ to fly--or at least, most of him did. Something in his stomach wasn't nearly so sure. However, seized with this new spirit of adventure, he cried, "Woooohoooooooooo!" and then grabbed ahold of the biggest feather he could find on Dawn's shoulder. He squeezed his eyes shut for a moment when they took off but peeked just as they cleared the treetops; he was suddenly entranced by seeing a good chunk of the forest from above. He looked down in disbelief as Dawn pumped her wings, climbing into the azure sky.
