"I'm Mattie and this is my twin sister Reese!" He waved. "I'm a second year, in Slytherin and Reese is in Ravenclaw!" Reese remained quiet.

"I'm Piper! My brother over here is a nerd, but his name is Jay." Piper said as she walked into the compartment and plopped down on the seat. Jay followed sitting next to his sister, still reading his book.

"My sister is the nerd of us." He laughed, as she glared at Mattie.

((In the sign up post I said everyone was in first year but I guess it's alright...))

"I want to be in Ravenclaw." Victoria said. "Just like my mother was." She peered over to look at the book Jay was reading.

"It's a good house," Reese whispered

Piper laughed and glanced at Victoria. "He won't notice you, I once read a whole book with him and he didn't remember me being there. I want to be in Ravenclaw too, then I can have friends and my brother with me!"

She smiled at Piper. "I like to read too- although people think its strange. I didn't know if I was going to be a wizard or not- I was adopted, but Ma told me about Hogwarts and magic. People say even though we're not related that we're very similar." She had no shame in saying she was adopted. It wasn't anything terrible anyway and she wanted people to know before so it wouldn't seem like a secret.

"That's really cool!"

"I'm glad someone thinks so." She smiled. "People- 'muggles'- usually make fun but I don't really mind them."
