Entering designs is free. :-) The winning design gets a free max stat offspring.

However, there is only a winner after 10 ppl vote for a design.

Voting (whether you vote for only 1 or you vote for lots) costs two greater pet dyes in total.

The 10 people who picked the winning design get a max stat offspring for their dyes.

The people who didn't win don't get an offspring, but also don't pay anything.

No need to get the dyes now. Just keep them until the competition finishes!

Also, if you only have non-tradeable dyes (like from the Advent calendar), I would need to send you a pet to dye two of their traits...

when u say in total, do u mean for each vote, or all votes????

All votes together, whether you vote for 1 or whether you vote for 20, are just 2 greater dyes.

If the one you vote for wins, then you pay the dyes.

If none of the ones you vote for win, then you don't pay anything (but don't get an offspring).
