Zhen finally spoke up. "And why should we trust you?" She asked, shifting on her feet. Her bracelets clinked against each other quietly as she moved. Zhen tilted her head, waiting for their response.
"Why?"

As the last of the people wake up, I slowly move my hand down to my thigh and pull the scale out of my flesh. A little bit of my blood comes with it, and I grimace, wiping the red stuff on the side of my black pants. I stand up, only to feel a trickle of blood down my leg. Crap. I don't feel any worry for these tests, as they seem easy enough. If there's a fight, I can easily play defensive, as my scales are pretty much impenetrable. As the scene plays out, I keep silent so as not to draw any attention.

As the robes people talked he looked away, taking a hand through his now long hair. Tests? He didn't like tests...what if HE came back again? He didn't like HIM, HE was too angry and violent. Maybe if he didn't get angry the bad one wouldn't come back...

The Wizards parted for a young woman. She had skin like polished ivory and eyes like cut jade. "Hello students, yes you can trust us. I am Hetalia, bearer of the curse of Memoir, and your new headmaster."

Zhen took a few steps back, frowning. She didn't like the sound of this. She would have preferred to not be brought here in the first place. She had been fine back where she lived, in a small wooden house by the waterwell. Zhen looked at the others, wanting to see their reactions.

I still don't say anything. I don't particularly like attention, so I silently observe. The one who spoke out before is also watching the crowd. More blood trickles down my leg, and I start to feel lightheaded. My hands start shaking, but I make sure not to let anyone notice, or at least, that's what I think.

Robyn saw the boy's cut and her eyes grew wide. She scrambled away, fearing that she would touch him and gain the wound herself. Blood pounded in her ears as she still attempted to clam herself. Her right eye searched the room for any escape.

Dodge stared at the woman, waiting for her to explain more. He felt like he had been imprisoned, and he itched to transform into a bird and fly off.

I notice someone scramble away from me, and I realize that the blood is starting to stain my pants. I, with shaking hands, rip a strip off of my undershirt, and tie it firmly around my leg. Problem solved. I hope no one saw my scales.
