To divide the stack of eggs so that you have a stack of only 100, hold shift and click on the stack then divide the stack using the window that pops up. Then to send them to me click on the stack and then on the little envelope icon beneath your inventory to mail it to me.
If you want to send gold for future reference, the person who is receiving the payment will send a non valuable item (Usually a fairy mushroom) with a COD (cost of delivery) fee of the amount they are being paid so that the other player buys the item, effectively paying you for whatever transaction you are making.
