You have to put [ img ] [ /img ] tags around it. You can highlight the URL and press the IMG button, or type the tags in yourself.

If you're on your tablet, I believe you can press and hold the picture, and there should be something that comes up like "open image" or "open image in new tab". (I use google chrome as my browser on my androids)
Once you do, your image should open and the URL of the image should be on top.
