Personality:
Scythia is cold and blunt. She's learned how to survive on her own, so she feels like she doesn't need to rely on anyone else. However, she doesn't mind the company of others. She just doesn't want to become close. She's likely the one to abandon a group should the others try to bond, but even if she hasn't bonded with the others, she can find it hard to leave. This means that she might contemplate leaving days earlier, only finally accomplishing her goal after gathering the courage to pull it off.

History:
Scythia was raised by her parents until the age of 12, when they dropped her off at one of her relatives and never returned. She remained at her relative's house, hopeful that they would return, but left at the age of 15 when she discovered they likely never would. She lived on her own, working whenever she could the next three years, trying her best to hide her charm from the world around her. She currently roams from town to town, avoiding hunters while trying to make a living. Her situation has given her little optimism, and she tries not to dream big because of it, preferring to keep things as real to her as possible. You know, minus the fact she can turn into a dragon and control some elements of storms.

Human Description:
Scythia stands 5'7" with a thin build. Her skin has various tan-lines due to the kinds of work she's done, whether it involves long, short, or rolled up sleeves. Her hair is long, black, and messy, often kept in a ponytail so she doesn't have to mess with it. Her eyes are a bright blue, often standing out to others she interacts with. She never wears new clothes, but she doesn't quite wear tatters either. Some of her clothes have small holes, while others look worn, but not new.

Dragon Description:

This dragon is dark blue as its main color. The wings, as well as the horns and eye markings are dark grey. Smaller, thin spikes on head, claws, tail spikes, and wrist spikes are black. Belly scales and 'bracelets' are gold in color. Eyes are bright yellow and glow.

Charm of Light:
Her charm is a simple necklace, with the chains being made out of black metal. The charm rests in a simple oval pendant on this chain, and the gem within is a cat's-eye, black with a bright blue line through it. This stone grants Scythia the ability to control some aspects of storms, mainly the wind and rain. While she can't really control lighting, she takes no harm from it if she is struck by a bolt.

Other:
Scythia just needs someone she can trust enough. She's kinda learned that she can't trust anyone from her years of being alone. Especially the couple of times she was ratted out and had to flee from hunters. She also wants to learn more about who she really is. Her parents never came back for a reason, and she feels like staying with a group will pull her away from what she's really looking for.

I'm not sure if you saw, but I've finished my form! I have no clue how I didn't discover this Rp beforehand, but it looks amazing!
