Is everyone using Firefox? I sent in a ticket to our Host and their response was this:

"I believe this may be a client side issue, as we are unable to reproduce it. You should refer to this article by Mozilla:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/secure-connection-failed-error-message

http://superuser.com/questions/826232/how-to-bypass-the-secure-connection-failed-warning-in-firefox-33

I believe this issue is only with Mozilla Firefox, as well, so having them update their instance of Firefox may help."

I mean, that would ultimately be your choice.

But it's possible that upgrading your Firefox will correct this issue if it indeed is coming from a bug in Firefox.

But it seems that this is indeed an isolated issue with not only Firefox, but probably a certain out-dated version of Firefox. (Just hypothesizing), but it's possible that maybe our newer SSL Certificate uses something that older versions of Firefox are not able to process and thus produce errors. However, maybe Firefox released a newer version to adjust for this?

I don't know. =P It's beyond my area of expertise.

Yes, I use Firefox as well though mine is up to date with 46.0.1. But at least it seems to just need to have the page refreshed when it does pop up.
