There's a reason I don't gamble. I've never thought it was a smart idea to risk losing money I can't afford to lose. This is the first time...with the exception of the once and a blue moon lottery ticket I've bought..that I've ever gambled and what a bitter, ugly pill losing was to swallow, and it's the last time I'll gamble. It didn't take long to turn me off it for good. They say gambling can become an addiction. I don't see how anyone can get addicted to feeling lousy, frustrated and angry. Not to mention stupid as hell when all the money is gone and you don't have a pot to piss in to show for it. I've walked away from that wheel after spending hundreds feeling absolutely sick. Yeah, no thanks. Never again. The wheel is leaving? Good riddance.

If it's 'greedy' to want guaranteed bang for my buck and to have something to show for every dime I spend, then count me as one of those greedy ones. That's on games and in RL. I personally don't see it as 'greedy' at all. I see it as plain ol' common sense. I personally don't have millions in the bank to throw away on something that isn't a sure thing.

If the focus on the site continues to be nothing but rare wheel pets and gambling to get them, it won't be long, imo, before the majority of people start jumping ship and all that's left around here are a scant handful of rich, RL players that can afford to gamble and hoard wheel pets. If I were a site owner, I'd rather get $20 each(which is doable for almost everyone) off of hundreds, maybe thousands, of people that got something they were happy with for the money, than a $200 lump off of just one person willing to gamble and risk getting nothing. *shrug*

(Letting minors gamble with real money's never sat right with me, personally, but I'm weird like that.)

An excellent point and not weird at all. It doesn't sit well with me either.
