If you go to my hatchery I have pure bred wheel pet offspring I can trade you for him. :)
The only wheel pet offspring that are off-limits are the Spring Glow Nephini(the green Nephinis).

I'm pretty picky about wheel/tagged pets, as I don't really collect them. The only one I'm really looking for is a female for this DD male as he's named after my recently deceased uncle.

Sadly I'm lacking a DD female myself, but i could get you an egg providing I can find a fair priced public breeding female DD. If you want to look at the female DD that are on pubic breeding let me know what one you want me to breed my male with.
