I've kinda slipped on the tracking, but I've been lowering my portions, trying to drink more water instead of eating, and switching out snacks. c:
Like instead of M&Ms, I had some carrots, it worked pretty well! ^ -^
Also started biking more, but that'll go into full swing once I move my computer to my apartment so i'll -have- to go outside more. xD

Progress is progress, even if it's not as much as you thought it would be! Even if you slip up some, everytime you make an effort to change it helps you move towards better habits. Drinking more water is almost never a bad idea. It helps curve cravings when you're not really hungry along with keeping you hydrated. It blows my mind how much more energetic I feel just from skipping soda and drinking water instead. Soda gives you that little burst of energy, but water gives you a lasting, refreshing feeling.

I've been trying to do 6-8 cup daily. c: Filling up a water bottle and keeping it with me helps!
And we just got a gym membership too so it is SUPER fun omigosh I wish I would have started going sooner haha.
I actually made a myfitnesspal too if anyone is on there and wants to add me send me a PM ^ -^

ouo Good luck with your new gym membership! Actually building a routine is the hardest part, so the fact that you're already enjoying it is great!
