The sun was beginning to move from behind the horizon, sending a golden sliver of light falling across the area. It shone right in Nowhere's eyes, blinding him. He grumbled, raising up a hand to block it. By now, he usually would have been a third of the way through his walk, in an area where the sun was blocked by trees and buildings. He was a little late today though, and hadn't quite gotten there yet.

He quickly turned left, going in a different direction that wouldn't force him to look at the sun. He'd only been this way a few times, but was sure he could find a path back home. It was only a few differing turns from his usual route, shouldn't be too tricky to figure out.

After retriving a bag of sausage and the s'more's pact that was tempting him, Aldric made a point to actualy use the door this time, locking it behind him. While staying in his backyard would have been more convenient, the woods behind the small stone wall, delimiting his land was alwais more inviting. Since it wasnt too high, the wall could easily be jumped and he was soon following a path he knew very well, one that stopped near a small river. He had sneaked a camping grill there one day and had been using it fairly often since then. Plopping a few sausages above the flames, he sat down waiting for his meal to cook as he messed with the box of sugary treats in his hands.

I follow, casting a look back at the ship before focusing on trying to see if the glimmer truly was water. I walk beside Chloe humming softly "So, Tell me a bit about yourself" I ask, grinning. "We're all gonna be here for a while so we should all become friends"

(Skye)
I look over the map, marking out places we should try and get too. I fold the map up, put it in my pocket and go towards the weaponry, I had no idea how hostile the starlins would be so arming ourselves sounded smart.

She seemed to close further at that statement. Pressing her lips into a thin line, she decided would be okay to tell someone. "I guess, I'm just a super closed off person because Im afraid of someone hurting me. I mean, I didnt really want to come to this hunk of rock, but maybe they wanted me for my logical thinking. Maybe they saw a sacrifice. Someone who wouldnt be missed if they died. Im not sure. What about you?"

(Rio)
I tilted my head at Chloe "Y'know, Skye was kinda like that when I first meet him" I smiled "I guess I myself have a mental barrier for protection" I look back at the ship "Me and Skye came here to get away from normal, boring life for a bit, and because they want Skye's smarts for this trip and there was no way I would let him go alone" I look up "Ooh, look, I was right, it is a river"

(Skye)
I gather a few weapons and walk back outside "Yo, come grab some" I call to the two still waiting in front of the ship. I myself grab some knives and a sword for Rio.

"Yeah, you were. I mean, I'm not sure that it's the most sanitary but it'll work for now. Hopefully, we can find some food nearby and no Starlians. I'm not sure that they'll exactly welcome us." She tried to test the water contents and pH level while also looking at her surroundings for food, and neither were done well since she's never been great at multitasking.

I smile "You work on the water, I'll check for food" I walk a bit along the river, making sure to keep an eye on Chloe in case anything happened. "Hold up, are we getting meat or herbs?" I call out

"Preferably both, if we could. It would be best to stay on all of our normal diets. The water looks to be clean enough to be drinking water though." She started collecting some for all of the others to drink.

Still blissfully unaware of the extraterestrials beings who had landed on his planet, Adric hummed quietly to himself. Since it was meaningless humming, only for the sake of killing some time, his voice didnt raised from the almost whispering tone he was used too. After all, there was only little forest critters around those parts, nothings that would require him to actualy use his powers. He pried the box open, a bit desapointed of all the empty space he could see in it, guess that's what happen when you buy pre pacaged s'mores. The smell from the meat was starting to spread around the area as he was preparing his s'more's to be the held above the, slightly too hight, flames of his grill.

Stumbling over twigs and rocks, Nowhere found himself lost in the forest. How he'd managed this, he had no idea. He liked to consider himself at least somewhat competent, but if anything could prove that wrong, this was it.

He tripped, right into some mud. This really wasn't his day. He sighed, getting up and wiping the mud of himself, and looked around. How deep had he gotten himself into this forest? He started looking for the nearby river, knowing it led back to town and hoping he didn't follow it the wrong direction.
