They were huddled together and not really protecting anything. They did start moving faster, though, as if they sensed your presence.

They suddenly yelped as one of their members was jerked away down a side tunnel, and they broke into a run, going much faster than you could keep up if you were to stay hidden.

You head down the side tunnel to see a body. It was the man who'd been jerked away from his comrades. There was a knife stuck in his chest where the heart should be.

Platinum retrieved that knife as well and turned to follow where the others had run too
