Virgil finished sing and open his eyes. He sees that Grey is closer to him. Virgil blushed a little bit.

Grey has never felt so many conflicting emotions in his whole life, some bad, some good, some in-beween. It's overwhelming.

Maddy had the urge to say sorry since he wasn't the one being mean to her anyways but she didn't know yet she just scanned them before getting up to get some water sliding off her bed

Kalib applauds at the end of the song, showing his appreciation that Virgil had followed through with his suggestion. "Thanks, Virgil! You've got an amazing voice. Can't say I'm not jealous." He gently knocks his fist into Grey's arm to encourage him to do... something. Something other than make Kalib feel like he made the worst mistake a friend could. Kalib tries to find something else to say, to move the conversation on, but his mind kept travelling back to the fact that Grey isn't responding. Sure, it's not negative, but it's not positive either.

Virgil looks at Grey. He blushed a little when Grey got pushed closer to him. He didn't know what to feel. He signed to Kalib, "Thank you Kalib but it's nothing,"

Maddy could see the awkwardness of things "you guys wanna play a bored game or something other than sit here just being weird" she said trying to save her brother from any heart attacks he would have because she didn't know how he acted in these situations, she pulled out monopoly and helped the bored game infront of them a little short for her age anyways

Kalib hums a short response to Virgil's claim, sounding something like an 'I'm not so sure', and smiles. He refrains from making a comment that popped in his head and bites his tongue when something tells him to push them further until he finally gets a response from Grey.
"Oh, yes, of course! More time for Grey and Virgil to spend time together and for me to make witty comments to tease them. Let's go!" Kalib says. He takes Grey's hand, gives him a small hug in apology, and then proceeds to drag him into the room. He slowly lets go of Grey's hand, taking an almost undetectable shuddering breath as his hands slip back into his pocket and he backs away slightly from his counterpart to get his own place around the table to play.
