Dark Pyrus grinned. *guess what? Im not Pyrus. Im someone else. And Aoi, I agree shes good at picking prey. Pyrus is weak. But Im strong.* and he roared, Shifted into a mutant Spinosuarus, and was about to chomp Aoi in half, when a bright light resonated from Coleen.

Coleens body rose, and her eyes flashed open. They were also slits, but glowed a sky blue. Coleen said, *you both forgot something. Im part angel. And even though your changing the past, enough is the same so I will fight.* and she Shifted into a Indoraptor, roared, and jumped onto Dark Pyruses face, trying to buy Lilli time to recover.

Suddenly, "it" laughed. a strange crimson fluid leaked from it's eyes.

While colleen was distracted with dark pyrus, she felt a sharp pain go through her chest. A large, black spike retreated from her heart region. Black liquid was on her chest, she felt lightheaded and fell back onto the platform.

"I don't need help from some freak of nature hybrid...I said one on one. :)"

Colleen went back to being unconscious. Then, "it" created a dark field of aura around dark pyrus. Dark pyrus, inside the aura field, saw nothing but eyes staring. All around him. The moment he blinked...

*shk!*

A million shadow spears impaled him on his arms and legs. He fell onto the corrupt crystal. There was no blood, but he was paralyzed. A shadow hand pressed him down. "It" held a sharp spider leg to his throat.

"Do you have anything you want to say before the crimson spills from your neck?"

(also oof if i need to tone it down a bit just tell me if something is bothering you or if a sensitive topic comes up. I just like writing spooky stuff, and spooptober is getting to me)

Dark Pyrus grinned. *a couple, and its a thought. You have the future freak and the magic lady over there. Why not let us team up, and kill them? Then we can go our separate ways.*

Coleen groaned, and rose, weak. Only her angel genes were keeping her awake, let alone alive. She limped over to Lilli, and fell next to her. Weak, she nudged her with a foot, and whispered, *wake up, Lilli. Please.*

Lilli twitched a little, but couldn't get up.

"it" smiled. "I think not. I'll take care of the weaklings after I take out the troubling fool."

Just as "it" was about to slit dark pyrus' throat, a mystical animalistic noise echoed throughout the tree. The shadowy crystal turned cyan-white, and glowed powerfully. Beams shot out, one hit "it", the other dark pyrus. They shot through, and left no injury. the two children fell down, and returned to normal, and at the ends of the beams were impaled shadows. The one on Aoi's end looked like a melty humanoid figure, colored like ink, and the one on Pyrus' end looked like him, but more dark and oozey. Both evaporated.

The two children slowly got up.

Pyrus groaned, and took a step, and immediately collapsed. *what the hell happened?*

Coleen gasped and ran over to them, worried sick. *are you both ok?*

Lilli finally woke up, but was pretty weak.

When everyone looks for the source of the noise and the light, they see a small figure flying around.

Lilli looks up. "Hi..ol..d..friend!"

She weakly gets up.

Coleen ran over to Lilli, and allowed her to put an arm around her neck for support.

Pyrus blinked, and grabbed his head. *ok, what drugs am I on?*

Terra tilts her head.

"You aren't high, just previously possessed by your inner demons!!"

Pyrus blinked. *inner what-now?* then realization filled his face, and he gasped. *oh no.* he fell on his knees, and put his face in his hands. *Dark Pyrus.*

Coleen asked, *you met him? or rather, your dark side?*

Pyrus nodded. *only in my mind.* and then he broke down, crying softly in his hands. *im so sorry!*
