"Wait... burning? Don't worry, I'm blind, I can't get burned" he said, gently brushing his wing against Carmine gently, flinching slightly at the heat. "Uh, sorry, it's a cave wing thing, the natural blinds, the dragons with different eyes, like mine, which are black with white pupils rather than white with black pupils, we're fireproof. We still feel the heat, but it won't damage our scales" he reassured her

He smiled politely, a little confused before remembering she most likely could never touch another surface dragon before, and returned the hug with four of his six arms, despite the uncomfortable heat

"Oh, yeah, definitely" Pebble nodded. "From what I know, though, the dragons I know who can see usually go through some painful experiences because of the sudden shift into the insanely bright light, I wonder how it'd work for me though, I can't see light, but my eyes most likely would adjust, right? Maybe? Or would even the dim under ground light hurt my eyes. I've been asking myself that a lot lately" Pebble told her
