There's a saltwater kelpie den not far from here. They're nice, though a bit too... sensual in nature to chat comfortably with a non-kelpie. Kelpies are known for being flirty to everything that breathes, and it shows. And that's the only group of mythosies around here other than the selkies.

Nethimir went towards the den, having nothing else to do anyways.

She sees the kelpies long before they see her. They're relaxing about the tiny underwater cavern in horse form. Unlike their freshwater cousins, their bodies mimic algae- they look reminiscent of a fawn, with lime-colored speckles across their backs and powedery-looking dark green manes. They're also darker colored than the tawny lake kelpies.

Nethimir kept swimming towards the den, wondering when they would notice her.

Their eyesight is pretty poor- worse than a human's. So they don't notice her until she's 10 feet away.

Nethimir stopped when they saw her, glaring at them silently.

They stare at her. A few tilt their heads in curiosity.

'Uh, hi?' Nethimir says waving.

One of the kelpies smirks and winks at her. 'hey there, cutie."

'Yeah not interested. Have you seen someone who looks like me kind of?' Nethimir knew the answer was probably no, but she could take the chance at asking.
