Aqua curled her head around the egg again and sighed. " The stars will dance in their light...when the sun sleeps... " she muttered, she felt her eye lids getting heavier. Soon they where shut and she was sleeping.

Firecry awoke to the sound of cracking. She shook Aqua and pointed to the egg, but now there was a tiny head poking out the rest of the eggshell. The Ryori looked derpy. "Aqua! It's a girl!" She said happily.

Aqua woke up and looked at the head. " Huh...i-it hatched... " she looked at the little ryori head and smiled happly. Head leaned close to it and grinned. " Hi there, Mysterium! "

"Hi, A-agwa!" Mysterium squeaked happily, looking around with wide eyes at then at Firecry. She saw no Ryori like her. "M-mama?" She asked. Where was her mom?

Aqua looked sadly at the ryori. SHe knew it wanted it's mother...but who knew where it's mother was? Best lie...Aqua thought. " Right here... " she said, gently nudging the ryori hatchling. She then sadly looked at FireCry. Hopefully the ryori hatchling won't relise that it's not possable for Aqua to be it's mother...

Mysterium looked sadly at Aqua. She didn't look like her, but she was nice enough to be her mama. She took wobbly steps out of the egg. She was a bit smaller than most Ryori. Her eyes looked a tony bit sad, but intelligence and a hint of mischief shone in them. "Y-your mama?" She asked.

Aqua smiled and slowly nodded. She lifted out the egg and all the bits off shell. Her tail then gently moved around the ryori and neatly put it next to Aqua. " Yes... " she said. She grabbed the moss blanket and put it around the wet ryori.
She's so tiny, Aqua thought.

Mysterium was a bit unsure, but she nodded. "Who us she?" She asked and pointed to Firecry. She shivered a tiny bit and snuggled the moss thankfully. "But what about papa?" She asked.
