Selkie followed only to have a cormorant squak at him and drop a flag on his head.
From under the flag Selkie's muffled voice "What was that for?" Selkie finally got the flag off his head and held it out in frount of him. "Why did you bring Black Beard's flag to me Fisher?" Slekie asked the cormorant.
Fisher landed on Selkie's shoulder and faced in the direction of the sea squaking loudly.
"Calm down I can't undertsand you."
Fisher squeezed Selkie's shoulder harder.
"Ow Fisher that hurts. Something about the crew?"
Fisher danced a little.
"What about my crew?" Selkie looked at the flag again. "Don't tell me they were captured."
Selkie looked back at Kaladin and Taika then back at the beach seriously considering what to do. I have no way to confont Black Beard or to rescue my crew my only hope is to get them to agree.
"Sawubona* thank you for taking the time to see us." Selkie spoke using every ounce of restraint to keep from running to the beach and swimming for Black Beard's ship.

Sterling grinned,"It's what makes her better than most of us.If as could she'd be a knight.But she provides a stable spot for us to get together and plan."

Opal looked back to the door,"Just clean yourself and we'll dress it" she told star thru the door."Cleaning it will be the most help"

"I've already done that but the sea water aggeravited it quiet a bit." Star spoke calmly and stepped out of the bathroom as clean as she was going to get. "I'm guessing you want how this happened?"

"Well seeing how much of a mess you we're i have multiple guesses." Opal handed a dark blue dress with silver birds and flowers on it to star.It had long sleeves with a big slit cut up to the mid forearm providing a lot of movement.She also had a dark blue cloth to wrap the cut."Here put on the dress then come to the next room and we'll fully dress the wound"

"Thank you." Star put the dress on then walked into the other room. "Have you ever heard a captain named Drake Waverider?"

The Chieftain* nodded. "Of course. It is quite impressive you two strangers survived the journey. But tell me, why have you come to our lands?"

Collin grinned. "And speaking of stable, is there a place I can bed down Noble for the night?" he inquired.

Opal motioned for her to sit,"I'm not too well aquatinted with the ocean and all,not even traders" she chuckled."I've only ever heard of a warship called the Bane." She had a bowl that had flowers and such crumbled
into it.

"Oh yeah...i kinda forgot you had a horse,follow me" he led him back outside."It's right around the corner." he said pointing to a fence,"We do have a open field for them too"

"I was transporting a messenger from the Knights of the Emerald. She spoke of your island possibly soon being under attack from Void and her followers. The messenger suspected it was due to the fact that whatever is putting out so much energy on your island, Void might want to take for herself." Selkie explained his reason for being there.
Fisher was waiting in a tree not far away squaking and trying to get Selkie's attetion.

"Captain Waverider was the captain of ,the Anabeth, the ship that defeated Black Beard single handed. Unfortunally Black Beard escaped and Captain Waverider paid a great cost for his victory. The captain I was sailing with was Drake Waverider's son Selkie. Black Beard attacked our ship, the Anabeth, which was Selkie's ship given to him by his father. Black Beard wanted revenge for losing that battle and he got after we sailed through the hurricane." Star had tears in her eyes. "Please forgive my weakness but being a part of that battle was a tramatic experience and one I won't ever forget."
